What are the sizes of the booths?
The booths in the U.S are 10x10 feet and in the UK are 3x2 meters
Do you offer the possibility of booking a table instead of a booth?
In some locations we do offer tables,(6 feet) check with our team.
If I am a speaker, do I need a booth?
As a speaker, you are not required to have a booth. However, having a booth can provide you with an additional opportunity to interact with attendees, showcase your products/services, and further promote your brand.

We offer various booth options to accommodate different budgets and needs. Booth types may include standard booths, corner booths, island booths, and more. Our sales team will outline and confirm, but all booths are situated in great locations with guaranteed traffic.
Can I customize my booth space to match my brand?
Yes, exhibitors are encouraged to personalize their booth spaces to align with their branding and marketing objectives. However, any modifications must comply with the expo's guidelines and regulations.
Will there be promotional opportunities for exhibitors before the event?
Yes, exhibitors will have opportunities for pre-event promotion through the expo's website, social media channels, and email newsletters.
What are the setup and breakdown times for exhibitors?
The exhibitor setup and breakdown times will be provided closer to the event date. Exhibitors will receive detailed instructions and schedules before the expo.
Does the booth include anything?
Electricity and internet services are normally additional but in this case are included. However, if you require further amenities for your booth or presentation, they can be arranged for an additional fee. The fee varies depending on the location of the venue.
Can I have additional people from my team at the booth?
Yes, you can have additional team members at your booth to assist with interactions, demonstrations, and managing inquiries from attendees.
Do you help in producing marketing materials, printing, and merchandising?
While we do not directly produce marketing materials or handle printing, we can recommend reliable vendors and suppliers to assist you with producing marketing materials, printing, and merchandising for your booth.
Do I need liability insurance?
Yes, all speakers and exhibitors are required to have liability insurance covering their participation in the event. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and attendees.
